5. Group Trips & Tour Packages

  • If a client cancels after full payment, refunds (if any) are subject to supplier penalties.
     

  • No refunds will be issued for “no-shows.”
     

  • Name changes may incur additional fees (if allowed by suppliers).
     

If Essensia Travel cancels a group trip due to insufficient participation, a refund of payments made directly to us (excluding third-party non-refundable deposits) will be issued.
