​Car Rental Cancellations

Free Cancellation
Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before pick up time will receive a full refund of the deposit amount.

Late Cancellation
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of pick up time will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee of the deposit amount.

​

No Show
Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice will result in no refund of the deposit amount.

​

Partial Refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will incur a 30 percent cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non refundable.

​

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.

Changes to bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and any additional costs.
In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit toward future bookings.

 

General Terms

All renters and travelers must comply with local laws and regulations.
Essensia Travel Company Ltd is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Customers are responsible for any damages to rental vehicles beyond normal wear and tear.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Smoking Policy

For the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of all customers, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees and possible penalties.

Late Return Policy

A grace period of 30 minutes after the scheduled return time is allowed with no extra charge.

After the grace period, charges may include hourly rates or an additional full day rental if the vehicle is returned late without prior notice.

 

Fuel Policy

Renters are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.

Age Requirements

Drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
